It is important to provide a platform for customers to give you feedback. Does your business have two - way communication?
Do you unknowingly use acronyms? Yes - we know you want to get what you are doing out the door - however, be mindful that your clients are not in your industry. You don't want to confuse them or give them a research project just for them to understand what you are talking about.
